Hey little stress ball. 

Well, it's about time that you showed up here. It's a good thing we don't have applications and enrollment deadlines. You don't need anymore stress than what you already have on your plate, right?

We're glad you made it.

This handy-dandy free online course is meant to do one thing - transform you from a stressed out hot mess to a healthier and happier human being. 

Now, we're not talking about a complete 100% improvement. That would be absolute bullshit. After all, you can't turn a couch potato into an Olympic athlete overnight - unless it's ice curling 😉

Our aim is to get you to a "better place" or a level or two up from where you are now. And eventually, you'll build momentum and make bigger strides.

It's all about baby steps.

This course will guide you along the way and provide a basic foundation and framework to allow you to develop your own ideal strategy to manage work stress.

But, the course alone isn't going to do this for you. Nope.

It will give you insight and knowledge. But, the execution, follow-up and commitment is your part of the contribution to making all of this become a reality.

You can do it.

The course is made up of 4 modules. Each module has a bunch of lessons. Some of these lessons are quite short at about 10 minutes, most are 30 minutes or less and only two are about 45 minutes. You'll see an estimated time for each lesson so that you can plan it into your workday. 

Read, watch and do all the stuff.

None of it is hard and all of it can be done at work, right at your desk or in your office. It's best done on your computer than on your smartphone.

You'll have everything you need right in your cubicle or from the office supply closet. Just have a pair of headphones handy, if you don't own some already. You don't want to be that annoying cubicle neighbor playing videos on speaker.

Go at your own pace and stick to it...see it all the way through to the end.
